I was a bit reluctant to order from Ariel based on the uneven online reviews. I ordered during a non-rush, non-holiday week so figure I'd take my chances. I ordered the Porch Swing Boquet and it was delivered on-time the next day and the quality was very good. Overall, everything went smoothly and I'd order from them again. The one thing I didn't like is that they asked for a tip prior to delivery. Just build that into the overall cost and don't ask for a tip.

I had flowers delivered to my daughter yesterday and they were beautiful, she really liked them. They were exactly as advertised. I am taking one star off because it didn't allow me on the website to enter the 10% off discount that was advertised. I sent an email to their company yesterday but haven't heard back yet.

I ordered the floral cake bouquet for my best friend to celebrate her birthday! She said it was beautiful and made her day. Thank you for your extra attention and creating this special arrangement to celebrate my friend who is one in a million.

Beautifully arranged spray. Arrived on time for a friend funeral. Reliable organization.

The Flower arrangement was Spectacular!!! The only glitch was that I ordered it online and the delivery address was supposed to be a NW Washington, DC address. The system seems to have changed the delivery address to my home address and the flowers were delivered to me instead of to the intended recipient without notice. I called to see what happened and was simply told that they don't deliver to DC so they sent them to me instead. No compensation for an incorrect delivery experience was offered. My order totalled more than $600 and it is the second time I have ordered the same large arrangement. The flowers were beautiful and I was fortunately able to deliver them by hand since we live 5 minutes away from the recipient. That was the only dissapointment. Thank you for the lovely arrangement. She said they reminded her of her mother who had just passed away and that was my intention...to bring her comfort.

The flowers were beautiful and did come eventually later in the evening on the requested day of delivery. But communication after the order was placed was lacking - nobody ever answered the phone number on the website (multiple attempts throughout the day) or answered my email. And there was no communication about the status of the delivery throughout the entire day. But the flowers were eventually delivered and were stunning.

It was supposed to be delivered on 10-10 but was delivered on 10-11 without any communication about the delay. The arrangement though was beautiful.

This was probably the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever sent! Each kind of flower was selected and arranged to bring out its best look and all together it was just gorgeous! We were so pleased!

I took the premium with 8 pairs (6 in the basics). They are stunning.

The flowers were lovely. The recipient was very happy with them. One note: I anticipated delivery during the day - was hoping she would have all day to enjoy them on her birthday, plus she lives very close to the florist shop. Around 5:10pm, I called the florist shop to inquire if they were still being delivered, esp given my friend was leaving to go out to dinner soon - the florist shop employee said, "You should have let us know you had such a time crunch issue with the delivery." ??? Seriously? 10am-5pm doesn't feel like a time crunch. Regardless, the flowers looked great, and my friend was happy.

The flower arrangement was well done and the delivery very much one time. The bouquet was a bit smaller than expected, though.
I believe in supporting local businesses, hence, I’m a repeat customer, albeit only few orders per year. The Valentine’s period is probably the highest price flower season, but finding similar arrangements at Giant at half the price ($100 vs $200) does give me pause.

The recipient was impressed by the arrangement, particularly the orchid. Because we did not hear from her about the arrival of the flowers, we were concerned about the delivery. When we called, the office was very responsive and were able to confirm the delivery. We've used Ariel Potomacbefore and will use them again.

Quickly delivered and very fresh! My family will be using you guys again.
