In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Ariel Potomac Florist & Gift Baskets offers fresh flower delivery throughout Potomac, MD and surrounding communities. We deliver beautiful bouquets, floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to homes, hospitals, businesses, funeral homes, and event venues.

Same-Day Flower Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Delivery Areas: We proudly serve Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, North Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, Germantown, Chevy Chase, North Potomac, and many surrounding Maryland communities.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on the delivery location and distance. The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout.

Please provide the recipient’s complete address and any special delivery instructions when placing your order. We deliver to residential and commercial locations as well as hospitals and venues. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location or arrange a re-delivery when necessary.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
