The Flower arrangement was Spectacular!!! The only glitch was that I ordered it online and the delivery address was supposed to be a NW Washington, DC address. The system seems to have changed the delivery address to my home address and the flowers were delivered to me instead of to the intended recipient without notice. I called to see what happened and was simply told that they don't deliver to DC so they sent them to me instead. No compensation for an incorrect delivery experience was offered. My order totalled more than $600 and it is the second time I have ordered the same large arrangement. The flowers were beautiful and I was fortunately able to deliver them by hand since we live 5 minutes away from the recipient. That was the only dissapointment. Thank you for the lovely arrangement. She said they reminded her of her mother who had just passed away and that was my intention...to bring her comfort.
